Assessment Centres
"Great Process, Great People"
What is a Prospect Assessment Centre?
A Prospect Assessment Centre is a process that uses a variety of tools to place pre-screened candidates into different situations whilst being observed by both Prospect Assessors and a selection of your representatives. These assessments are chosen after an initial job analysis has been completed.
Some of the tools used during an Assessment Centre are:
- Observations
- Face-to-face interviews
- Psychometric profiling
- Oral and written presentations
- Aptitude testing
Results from these exercises and assessments are collated in a debriefing meeting where a comprehensive account of behaviour and ratings are discussed. This ensures you retain ownership over the entire process and hiring decisions.
How can a Prospect Assessment Centre help your organisation find the right employees?
By utilising a Prospect Assessment Centre you will:
- Increase the reliability of your employee selection
- Give Candidates a structured overview of the organisation
- Increase the transparency and defensibility of the recruitment decision
- Ensure your recruitment decision is based on tangible resources
- Identify potential ‘high flyers’ for your organisation
- Be provided with a more cost effective process for hiring new employees
