As a recruitment consultant with Prospect, you will be working alongside other highly experienced recruiters, organisational psychologists and management consultants in a stable and intellectually stimulating environment.

We are always seeking expressions of interest from experienced, client focused recruiters whose passion is not just for making the placement, but who value building and maintaining long term relationships with key clients and high quality candidates alike.

This enables us to fully understand the challenges, opportunities and rewards on offer, and effectively present these to suitably qualified candidates. It also contributes to the building of genuinely consultative relationships with our clients.

Attributes we look for and value include energy, enthusiasm, great communication skills, professionalism, commitment and a desire to succeed. Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years recruitment industry experience. This may be in any discipline, although experience gained in the resources and energy sectors will always be particularly well regarded.
