To further underpin our service offering in Safety we have an immediate need to appoint an experienced, energetic and capable safety practitioner to join our consulting group.
Key responsibilities will include:
- to actively lead and develop the safety consulting business
- to further develop and consolidate Prospect's service and product offerings in these areas
- to build new client relationships and business opportunities
- to ensure excellent in the delivery of safety consulting programmes

- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Client focused
In addition your skills, knowledge and experience should embrace the following:
- Expertise in and understanding of safety systems and processes
- Cognitive and behavioural safety
- Excellent understanding of safety consulting tools and methodologies
- Minimum of 5 years leadership and/or consulting experience in safety
- Proven experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology or a safety related discipline
- Naturally, any experience gained in the mining or energy sectors would also be well regarded
A remuneration package commensurate with the role will be negotiated with the preferred candidate.
