We then blend your top down performance imperatives with a bottom-up engagement
approach at the site. By combining these two elements together, we create
enduring business improvements aligned to the corporate business goals.
During the early stages of any engagement, we assess present performance
and identify opportunities for improvement. For larger projects this may
include running an analysis over a number of weeks to mutually explore the
business opportunities with you.
Once the improvement opportunities are identified and agreed, we combine our Operational Improvement and Organisational Development expertise to design a project approach that delivers enduring change aligned to these opportunities. To provide a customised approach to your needs, we use a range of tools including Six Sigma, Lean, Management Operating Systems, Asset Management and Risk Mitigation Techniques, as well as core process redesign, implementation development and cultural development techniques.
Prospect Consulting also offers a comprehensive organisational design approach for greenfield sites for mining and processing operations. We are frequently invited to facilitate performance improvement and skills transfer across many blue chip organisations, both within Australia and worldwide.
