Daphne Baas

With a varied background in marketing, customer service and recruitment, Daphne recently joined Prospect with a wide range of experience and specialised skills, including academic qualifications in both Politics and Recruitment Administration.

Daphne has a number of years experience in the recruitment industry, most recently with Kelly Services focusing on call centre placements. While new to the mining and resources sector, Daphne has had extensive experience working within the associated industries of construction and aviation in Sydney, Holland and Dubai.

At Prospect, Daphne’s focus is on talent sourcing, pre-screening of candidates, and ensuring clients are presented with the best candidates for the role in all instances.
