Organisational Psychologist
Paula joins the organisational development team with over 10 years experience in the mining and resources industry as an organisational psychologist.
She has extensive experience in fit for purpose psychological assessments, organisational development, executive coaching and change management. Her expertise extends to the clinical field of psychology conducting careers counselling, critical incident de-briefing and management of conflict and poor performance.
Paula is fully registered as a psychologist and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
