With a varied background in customer service, education and recruitment, Wynter holds a range of tertiary qualifications (BIHTM, GDipEd(Sec), MBus(HRM)), and has joined the Brisbane team after working as a Recruitment Consultant in the education industry.
Wynter is successfully project managing multiple RPO projects and is rapidly establishing an excellent reputation in bulk recruiting. He is particularly effective in creating strong partnerships with key clients and is pivotal in ensuring the recruitment process delivers the required outcomes. Wynter also works on select search and selection assignments with a focus on managerial and senior technical roles.
Dedicated to ensuring that clients are consistently presented with quality candidates worthy of consideration, Wynter’s interest is in understanding organisations staffing requirements and sourcing candidates who not only align with, but exceed client expectations.
