Our strategic focus is driven by our management team who are made up of our MD, an Executive Director, a Non-Executive Director and our external Chairman.

The Prospect Board meet regularly to discuss the commercial and strategic path of Prospect and how we can improve our partnerships with our stakeholders while providing professional and cost-effective services to our clients at all times.

 

Tony O'Brien - Chairman

Tony has worked in senior executive roles in both public and private businesses, originally with an emphasis on large scale manufacturing and later in professional recruitment.  
 
He has been involved in business ownership and management for over 30 years and was the Managing Director of Prospect until July 2006 before taking up the role of Chairman on the Prospect board.
 
Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources.

 

Gary Linton - Managing Director

With 11 years experience as a Management Consultant and 16 years as a professional CEO, Gary has a very broad range of corporate and consulting experience across a variety of industries and companies.   These include three years as CEO of Saab ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and seven years as Managing Director or environmental products and services company Greenspan Technology, now part of the Tyco group.Read more 

     

Carl Lovelock - Director

Carl brings knowledge gained from over 20 years of international recruitment industry experience with both large and boutique organisations. Carl has assisted clients and managed assignments for organisations in the Mining, Energy, Information Technology, Banking and Finance and Public Service sectors.Read more

 

David Begley - Non-Executive Director

After a career in the military, David has held operational roles and provided consulting support to mining, manufacturing, construction and contracting businesses for more than 20 years. Has completed numerous successful projects where the results have been dependent upon aligning the people and processes within the organisation with the bottom line business objectives; the operational with the strategic. 

David has been involved with Prospect for the past 10 years as a Management Consultant. Since 2006 David has also been a member of the Prospect Board.
